Crews built for outage work

Mine maintenance lives and dies on the critical path. Our crews show up equipped, badge in under your safety program, and execute conveyor, crusher, and rotating equipment work inside the window you actually have.

  • Conveyor system repair and full material-handling rebuilds
  • Crusher, screen, and feeder maintenance and swaps
  • Pumps, gearboxes, and mill rotating equipment service
  • Precision laser alignment and vibration analysis on site
  • Structural welding, hardfacing, and custom fabrication in the field
  • HDPE fusion for tailings and process water lines (ASTM F2620). see the HDPE focus page

Common questions from mine maintenance planners

Straight answers

Can you work under our contractor management system?

Yes. We're an ISNetworld member contractor (ISN-400-817607) and our crews carry MSHA and industrial facility experience, so onboarding is straightforward.

Do you take planned shutdown packages or just breakdowns?

Both. Planned turnaround packages are core work: we staff critical-path scopes with crew leadership and job planning support. Emergency breakdown response runs on the same crews and equipment.

What do you bring to a remote site?

Mobile welding rigs, tool trailers, service trucks, precision alignment and analysis equipment, and journeyman-led crews with per diem logistics handled. You provide power, access, and a laydown area; we handle the rest.
