Why plants call us back

Reliability work, not just repair work

Anyone can swap a part. The value is in the crew that finds out why it failed, fixes the root cause, and leaves your equipment in better shape than the OEM manual expects.

  • Timken-certified bearing failure analysis
  • Vibration analysis that catches issues before they stop production
  • ROTALIGN Ultra laser alignment on every precision set
  • HYTORC calibration experience and precision torque application
  • HDPE fusion and piping support to ASTM F2620
  • Transparent time and materials billing, journeyman-led crews
HDPE focus · built for mining

HDPE pipe fusion, fused right

Tailings, slurry, and process water eat steel pipe. Fused HDPE runs leak-free, shrugs off corrosion and abrasion, and it's only as good as the fusion crew. Ours fuses to ASTM F2620, installs, ties in, and pressure-tests, at mine sites across all five states we serve.

  • Tailings, slurry, and dewatering lines
  • Butt fusion to ASTM F2620, joints logged
  • Steel-to-HDPE transitions by the same crew

Common questions

Answers up front

Do you handle emergency breakdowns?

Yes. Emergency breakdown response and production recovery are core services. Call (208) 320-3470 and you'll talk to someone who can put a crew and a mobile rig in motion.

What areas do you cover?

We're headquartered in Twin Falls, Idaho and run mobile crews across Idaho, Nevada, Alaska, Washington, and Arizona. Mining support concentrates in Nevada, Alaska, Washington, and Arizona; food and ag processing work concentrates in southern Idaho.

How do you price work?

Transparent time and materials: published labor classifications, equipment day rates, and cost-plus materials. The full sheet is on the Rates & Line Card page, so you know the structure before a crew rolls, and invoices match it.

Can you supply embedded maintenance crews?

Yes. We offer consistent on-site maintenance labor inside your facility, on your schedule, under your safety program, with our supervision and tooling.

Are you set up for mine site compliance?

Our crews carry MSHA and industrial facility experience, and we're an ISNetworld member contractor (ISN-400-817607), so onboarding through your contractor management system is straightforward.
